Daily accommodations and services rates
To ensure each of our residents receives the services that meet his or her specific needs, Elmcroft of Little Avenue provides three levels of care. Each resident’s level of care is determined by ongoing assessments and communication with the resident, his or her family and personal physician.

Rates starting at $100 per day

Pet fee (one-time, nonrefundable fee): $350
Motorized cart fee (one-time, nonrefundable fee): $500
Medication fee (if applicable): $200 per month

Elmcroft requires a $1,250 refundable reservation fee to secure the unit of choice. Upon move in, this deposit is applied to the New Resident Service fee and becomes nonrefundable after 30 days. For a second related resident, there is a daily charge of $45 for Elmcroft Level E services, $59 for Level L services                                                                                  and $78 for Level M services.

For residents needing services beyond level M, Elmcroft’s M plus Assisted Living services may be available for an additional $11 per day. A care conference will be scheduled to ensure each resident’s individual needs can effectively be met.

Respite Rates are available for an additional $15 charge based on level of care and apartment selection. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required.
