It is with great joy and a heart filled with gratitude that I find myself in the position to serve these beautiful residents here at Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc. The wonderful team here has already created an atmosphere filled with love. It shows in the faces of our residents as they feel safe, cared for, and appreciated. We are truly a community where dignity, respect, love, and laughter all flow together in a place our residents call "home."
Janice Ryalls, Residence Director
Janice graduated cum laude from Western Washington University with a degree in Human Services. She has also had extensive training in pastoral care and offered her time in the volunteer chaplaincy program of a local hospital for two years.
Professionally, Janice has worked in the healthcare industry for over 12 years. Working with the elderly population in both assisted living and skilled nursing centers has brought a sense of fulfillment and joy to her professional life. She is an advocate for the rights and well-being of our elderly population and takes great comfort in knowing that she can be a positive influence in the lives of others.
