Faye has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has spent more than 30 years serving in the health care industry. The last 10 years have been spent with a focus on seniors in assisted living. Faye brings warmth and compassion to her residents and is a true leader for her staff that is reflected in the genuine care that each associate takes with the residents at Elmcroft.
