Doug Fouche, Residence Director
As a graduate of Susquehanna University, Doug has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Masters of Healthcare Administration. He began his career in sales as Director of Marketing for 5 years and then spent another 5 years as General Manager/ VP. Doug found his calling when he joined Manpower, a business consulting firm within the assisted living industry. He became a Personal Care Home administrator in 2005 and attained a Validation Group Practitioner Certification. The studies allowed him to gain invaluable insight into the struggles of those afflicted with dementia and helped communicate with seniors and their families dealing with cognitive challenges.
