For the last eight years, Pamala has worked in assisted living as a Residence Director, Quality Assurance Director and Regional Director of Operations. Pamala is currently the Residence Director at Elmcroft of Loyalsock, the city she now considers home. Previously, Pamala worked in occupational therapy as a Certified Therapy Assistant licensed in skilled nursing facilities and a mental health hospital for five years. Pamala graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of Penn State University, located in Williamsport, PA.
