Toni Furnell, Residence Director
Toni is a graduate of University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before coming to Elmcroft she enjoyed a career in sales and marketing for ten years. Toni's passion and gift for nurturing developed while caring for a family member with Alzheimer's for over three years. Her experience helps her identify with the resident and family needs. It was her passion for caring for seniors that brought her to Elmcroft. Before joining Elmcroft of Sherwood, Toni served as the Dining Services Director, Dementia Care Coordinator and Community Relations Director at Elmcroft of Maumelle.
